I worked on my body with a great fitness and transformation coach in 2021/2022 and worked towards getting fit and recover from injuries and covid related health issues. Second half of 2022 was incredibly busy for me and body took the hit.
I want to regain my fitness and also play some squash tournaments in 2023. I plan to do it publicly by posting my progress and my diet for the next 12 weeks. I am following a 12 week fitness program. I am super stoked to do this and I hope I will be able to live upto my own expectations. The journey will also hopefully result in good things and also provide information to other people who may be interested in getting fit.
